If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to DJ. He understands how to train people. He is patient, friendly and fully explains how to do each exercise properly. He has a personal program for each client and makes it challenging so you really see and feel results. DJ is always flexible and makes it work with my crazy schedule. He’s not only knowledgable about fitness and muscular anatomy but he also has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition. He’s incredibly dedicated and will keep you motivated to achieve your goals!!

I highly recommend DJ as a trainer and fitness coach! He is attentive, focused, incredibly determined to help you achieve your goals no matter how big or small they are. DJ isn’t your typical Trainer he is much more than that. He is intelligent, encouraging, and kind. He takes your goals and physical needs very seriously. Being a Pilates Teacher, I wanted to add strength training, cardio, & Kinstretch (mobility) into my practice. DJ develops programming specific to what my body needs to achieve my fitness goals. DJ doesn’t only teach you how he explains WHY; why he plans certain exercises, what the movements achieve, & how they will help your body. He listens to your feedback throughout the session making you feel safe while challenged. DJ has helped me build the strength, endurance, & increased mobility/flexibility that I was missing in my training. I find my training with DJ over the past 3 years to be invaluable.
