    • You’re new to training or want to refine specific techniques with direct, personalized coaching.

    • You want maximum accountability—we’re together for an hour, doing the work.

    • You want real-time corrections—I’ll be watching you like a hawk, ensuring every rep is executed properly.

    • Live coaching & immediate feedback – I correct and adjust on the spot.

    • Customized programming based on your goals and experience level.

    • In-person training held at Encore Fitness.

    • Virtual sessions via Zoom if you prefer to train remotely.

    • Strict start times – If you’re late, the session still ends on time.

    • Monday-Friday: 7 AM - 1 PM

    •  Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM

    • The investment starts at $160 per session.

    • Minimum commitment: 2 sessions per week.

Remote Programming

For those who prefer to train on their own but still want individualized coaching.

    • You want some hands-on coaching but can handle the rest on your own.

    • You need technique refinement but prefer training independently most of the time.

    • You want a customizable approach that adapts to your schedule.

    • You train in-person or via Zoom for key sessions, then follow remote programming for the rest.

    • The in-person/remote training balance is based on your needs—some meet once a week, others once a month for technique breakdowns.

    • All remote programming is delivered via Coach RX.

    • The investment starts at $160 per session plus remote training.

    • For semi-private hybrid, the investment starts at $250 per session plus remote training.

    • If a group follows the same program, they share the cost. Otherwise, remote programming is priced individually.

    • You don’t need in-person coaching but want a structured, expert-designed plan.

    • You prefer to train at your own convenience while staying accountable.

    • You’re comfortable filming workout videos for feedback on form and execution.

    • Designed for your goals.
      Movement assessment & strength testing in the first 2-3 sessions.

    • All workouts delivered via Coach RX (your hub for programs & communication).

    • Direct feedback on exercise technique—send videos for review.

    • Message access (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM). Responses after Friday at 5 PM will be answered by Monday EOD.

    • $350 per month.
