From Spark to Purpose

I played competitive basketball through high school and earned a college scholarship. After dislocating my ankle that summer, physical therapy sparked my interest in rehab, recovery, and what the body is capable of.

Laying the Foundation

I originally planned to become a physical therapist, which led me to study Exercise Science and work across strength and rehab settings - from Division 1 athletics to high-volume clinics. As a PT aide in Soho, I saw how personal training and therapy overlap, and learned the value of meeting people where they are - especially those in pain.

Developing my craft

I knew I wanted to turn training into a career, so I went independent and never looked back. My background in athletics, physical therapy, and strength coaching laid the foundation for how I coach today: meeting clients where they are and helping them build the strength and confidence to take control of their training.

Where it all began

My first exposure to exercise was watching my dad do pull-ups and dips at home and in the park. He gave me a Ruff Ryders Thug Workout DVD, and I became obsessed watching athletes float across NYC monkey bars like it was nothing. I’ve been hooked on training ever since.
